Intellectual Property Rights

Payment and Subscription Terms
Our subscription service operates under these payment conditions:
- Monthly subscription fee of $250 AUD plus applicable GST charged in advance
- Payment due monthly on the anniversary of your subscription start date
- Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled with 30 days notice
Liability Limitations
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, excluding liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
User Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of our services or breach of these terms.
Service Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship under these circumstances:
- By you at any time with 30 days written notice
- By us for breach of these terms following reasonable notice
- By either party for material change in circumstances
Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through the following processes:
Initial Resolution
Good faith negotiation followed by mediation if necessary
Formal arbitration under Australian commercial arbitration rules if mediation fails
Alternative Dispute Resolution
International clients may access alternative dispute resolution mechanisms

Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Australian law and the laws of Victoria, with courts in Melbourne having jurisdiction over disputes.
Privacy and Data Protection

Terms Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms with reasonable notice, typically 30 days for material changes.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
Complete Agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between us.
